    New workshop

    Geleen 20 July 2018 – In the blog with a new direction comes a new facility we spoke about our new premises. This new premises does not only offer place for new offices but for a completely new fully equipped workshop as well.

    What is new.

    The new location provides our mechanics with a more spacious and well equipped workshop. With more room to manoeuvre and test machines the work environment is improved. Furthermore, the efficiency is changed for the better as all the materials used for refurbishment are better structured and can be located more easily. With this more spacious workshop our employees are capable of setting up industrial machine lines up to 20 meters in length. The same building provides the employees with new facilities like restrooms, a new canteen and a new dressing room with lockers and a shower.

    GDPR

    Geleen 20 July 2018 on the 25th of May 2017 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came in to effect. Every company located within the European union had to comply to these new rules.

    What is the GDPR?

    The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is aimed at giving the inhabitants of the European union control over their personal data. The GDPR in fact is a regulation in EU law specified on data protection and privacy for individuals.  The GDPR replaces the previous privacy law in the Netherlands which was outdated as it became effective in 2001.

    Why was the new law necessary?

    Overall there are a couple of important points why the implementation of GDPR was absolutely necessary. Each point will be explained below.
