All parts are fully checked and carefully packed before each shipment. We use anti-static bags for delicate e-components and fragile parts will be packed with extra shock-proof wrappings. If standard packaging does not comply, Vitech Parts will use custom packing to avoid any damages during transport.
If we don’t receive any form of communication about a problem with the part within 7 days of delivery, we will assume the part is delivered correctly and in full working order.
If you want to return a part for any reason, you have to contact us within 7 days from the day of delivery. After we find the reason to be valid, you have a further 7 days to return the part in its original condition and packaging, including all documents and other matters that have been delivered with the part.
The return of a part will only be accepted in the following cases:

We offer a 100 days return warranty on all our used, refurbished and new parts. If there turns out to be a problem with a part you have received from us within the first 100 days from the date of delivery, you can get in contact with our customer helpdesk, whom will be eager to assist you and explain the what to do next.

In the most inconvenient event that the product was damaged during transport, you have 7 days to report it to us, so we can provide you a replacement or offer a free repair. If the part is no longer in stock and cannot be repaired, we will refund the paid amount + delivery costs if applicable.
If you receive an order which most likely has been damaged during transport, Vitech Parts will require pictures of the damaged packaging and/or parts to determine the damage and to use as evidence in the event of a claim.
A damaged order should not be returned before Vitech Parts tells you to do so, as it may be subject to inspection from our carrier. For returns, please get in touch with our customer helpdesk first.
A product that has been returned without notice or consent, will not be accepted and will be excluded from any warranty.
In case you received a wrong part, that does not match the photos and description on our website or is completely different from the one of your order, you can reach out to our customer helpdesk within the first 7 days from the date of delivery. Our friendly colleagues will look into this & send you the correct part as per your original order.
If the correct part is no longer in stock, Vitech Parts will refund the amount originally paid for the product + delivery charges if applicable.
The incorrect item shall be returned to the Vitech Parts warehouse in the Netherlands. Our customer service will instruct you how to.
If you wish to return your item for any another reason than stated above, you can send your request to our customer helpdesk within 7 days from the date of delivery, explaining the reason of return. After validation, you have a further 7 days to return the part in the original condition and packaging, including all documents and matters delivered by Vitech Parts, which will enable them for immediate resale.
Vitech Parts will charge a 35% re-stocking fee for part returns of this nature.
