100 DAYS WARRANTY

We offer a 100 days return warranty on all our used, refurbished and new parts. If there turns out to be a problem with a part you have received from us within the first 100 days from the date of delivery, you can get in contact with our customer helpdesk, whom will be eager to assist you and explain the what to do next.


3R-POLICY: REPAIR, REPLACE, REFUND
In the unlikely event that a spare part delivered by us shows any defects or failed within the first 100 days, you are pleased to return it to our warehouse in the Netherlands, for a free repair. Our technicians will always do their best to repair the product in-house or with the help of one of our local repair partners. If the part cannot be repaired or the repair process takes too much time, we will send you an equivalent part. If we have no equivalent part in stock, Vitech Parts will refund the price of the part which was originally paid, excluding any shipping & handling charges.

Any refunds will be processed, using the same payment method as the one you used when placing the order. E.g. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer.

 

FIRST 14 DAYS*; NO NONSENSE WARRANTY
If a part supplied by Vitech Parts fails within the first 14 days, an equivalent part will be send to replace the failing part free of charge. If there is no equivalent part in stock, Vitech Parts will refund the price of the part which was originally paid + delivery charges if applicable.

*If the part fails after the first 14-day period our regular 100-days warranty policy applies.

 

USED, REFURBISHED & NEW PRODUCTS
Unless stated otherwise, all parts supplied by Vitech Parts are guaranteed to be in working condition and are covered by our 100 day return warranty. If a part, supplied by Vitech Parts, fails within the first 100 days from the date of delivery, you will be given the possibility to return it to our warehouse in Geleen, the Netherlands, where it will be inspected by one of our technicians. At first we will always do our best to repair the failing product before sending you an equivalent replacement. If the part cannot be repaired or replaced, Vitech Parts will refund the amount originally paid for the product, as stated on our invoice.  

All (failing) parts will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. If they have failed due to bad handling or wrong installation, the warranty policy will not apply and testing fees or penalty charges may be incurred. The assessment will be done by Vitech Parts or one of its testing-partners.

Vitech Parts will not be liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profits and we shall not be liable for damages higher than the amount paid to us.

Please note that all warranties are provided and honoured by Vitech Parts BV. Manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.

 

REPAIRS
All products repaired by Vitech Parts are guaranteed to be in working condition and are covered by our standard 100-day warranty. If the part fails within 100 days from the date of delivery, we will provide a free replacement or repair.

All parts, as well as previously repaired items will be inspected upon return. If they have failed due to bad handling or wrong installation, the warranty policy will not apply and testing fees or penalty charges may be incurred.

Vitech Parts will not be liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profits and we shall not be liable for damages higher than the amount paid to us.
