- Local Pick-up (Dutch Customers Only): For customers located in the Netherlands, we provide a local pick-up option. Please note that local pick-up is available by appointment only. Contact us beforehand to arrange a suitable pick-up time.

Order Processing Time
In most cases, we process orders within one business day. However, please allow for additional processing time in case of delay in quality check, unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes.
Shipping charges are based on factors such as shipping method, package weight, and destination. Please note that for orders exceeding 32 kg, regular shipment via UPS may not be available due to weight limitations.
Pallet Transport for Heavy Items
In instances where products exceed 32 kg and are too heavy for regular shipment via UPS, we offer a pallet transport option. This will require a separate quote, as pallet transport involves specialized handling and may incur additional costs. Alternatively, customers may arrange their own pallet shipment if preferred.
Tracking and Notifications
